When I first read about the film Somewhere I was left feeling cold. Another story about Hollywood excess. I then read IMDB's plot summary; 'A hard-living Hollywood actor re-examines his life after his 11-year-old daughter surprises him with a visit.' and just felt, well really bloody disappointed.
Suddenly I saw something that made my mouth curl into an involuntary smile and I cried out with glee! Alas, Somewhere was written and directed by Sofia Coppola (The virgin suicides, lost in translation...google her) I also saw the soundtrack which features music by KISS, The Strokes, Foo Fighters and more to boot! After watching the trailer I'm so so excited to go see this!
